It's National Veggie Month!

The month of March is Veggie Month at Animal Aid and we thought we’d share a little info about the initiative...

Veggie month is all about raising awareness on the benefits of reducing meat in your diet and upping your intake of fresh vegetables. It’s the perfect month to lighten up on your meat-heavy meals and get inspired with new recipes and flavours, without compromising on a substantial and delicious tasty treat!

For those thinking ‘I can’t possibly lose the meat in my meals’, try using a meaty alternative such as Quorn to top up your dishes. We have it on good authority from even the biggest meat-eaters that our 'meaty meals' Not Dogs are just as tasty despite the lack of meat! Going meat-free doesn't mean you have to miss out!

To find out more about Veggie Month head to Animal Aid’s website where you can discover even more benefits of going meat-free.

We can’t wait to celebrate Veggie Month in a bigger way next year, in our first Not Dogs restaurant!
